I wish to commend the highly moving welcome my mother received upon her arrival at the beautiful Signature at Hornchurch care home. It was a truly special moment that both my mother and I will treasure forever.
The facilities are outstanding, and the staff actively encourage residents to make full use of everything the home has to offer. The care and support provided to all residents are exceptional. I am incredibly impressed by the kindness, compassion, and high standards of professionalism demonstrated by the team.
My mother is happy and comfortable here, and she particularly enjoys spending time in the communal areas, gardens, and restaurant. It is a truly wonderful care home.
