I am incredibly impressed by the kindness, compassion, and high standards of professionalism demonstrated by the team.
My mother is happy and comfortable here, and she particularly enjoys spending time in the communal areas, gardens, and restaurant. It is a truly wonderful care home.

A fantastic place. All the staff are incredibly friendly and attentive. My nan loves it here, and it is so reassuring to know she is being cared for so well. I have experience of many care homes, and Signature at Hornchurch is by far the best I have ever visited. Put simply, it has been faultless – not just because it is new, but because the people and standards are outstanding. The food is of restaurant quality, with an excellent choice of menus. Everyone is incredibly friendly and welcoming, and the care and physiotherapy are exceptional. I would be happy to live here myself, which is the highest recommendation I can give.
