Our Care Team

The first impression of the Grand Lobby is the warm, welcoming smile of the Receptionist and the bustling, lively atmosphere of the area. Its interior design is welcoming, bright and spacious with the introduction of quality details and luxurious finishes. The Café is the social heart of the space where residents and guests can be involved in the day-to-day comings and goings of the home. Those wanting a quiet time can find space in the more secluded cosy corner where they can read the newspaper or sit by the fire and quietly watch the world go by.
The grand staircase provides a connection between the Grand Lobby and the communal spaces below, with the dramatic feature chandelier designed to help draw your eyes down and create a visual connection.
“My mother has been at Coombe Hill Manor for a year. She has quite severe dementia. The staff at Coombe are extremely patient and kind. My mum is always treated with dignity and sensitivity. She has a lovely room which is always clean and tidy. The food is good, and her changing dietary needs are catered for. My mum loves going to the garden which is beautifully maintained. The activities provided are wonderful, and there are also trips out. I would have no hesitation in recommending Coombe Hill Manor as an excellent care home.”

Since my sister has been in Signature she has been treated with kindness and compassion by everyone at the home. I cannot praise the staff too highly as they do their work efficiently and always with a smile. She needs a great deal of care but nothing is too much trouble. I cannot recommend Coombe Hill Manor more highly. The staff are so kind, patient, and caring and always available to chat about any concerns we might have. They helped us so much with the actual move, keeping us fully updated on how she was settling. All her needs are met and she is treated with dignity and respect even when her behaviour is challenging.
She is settling well and enjoying the many stimulating activities provided. My family and I could not be happier with our choice of home.
