Our Apartments
The apartments at Signature are spacious, comfortable and finished to a very high standard. Each one has an en-suite wet room and a layout that makes daily life straightforward, with many including a kitchenette, balcony or patio. What makes them feel personal, though, are the things residents bring with them, furniture, photographs and belongings that turn the space into a home from the very first day.
Studio Apartments
Our studio apartments are open plan, featuring a bedroom area, living area and en-suite wetroom. Most of our studios offer a kitchenette and balcony or patio access is available in many cases. All studio apartments are light and airy and offer a private telephone line as well as mobility and safety features.

One-Bed Apartments
With a separate bedroom, our one-bedroom apartments offer a great deal of flexibility and are perfect for longer stays. In most of our apartments, a kitchenette is available in the living area and every one features an en-suite wetroom. Balcony or patio access is available in many apartments and all apartments offer a private telephone line as well as mobility and safety features.
“My mother has been at Coombe Hill Manor for a year. She has quite severe dementia. The staff at Coombe are extremely patient and kind. My mum is always treated with dignity and sensitivity. She has a lovely room which is always clean and tidy. The food is good, and her changing dietary needs are catered for. My mum loves going to the garden which is beautifully maintained. The activities provided are wonderful, and there are also trips out. I would have no hesitation in recommending Coombe Hill Manor as an excellent care home.”

Since my sister has been in Signature she has been treated with kindness and compassion by everyone at the home. I cannot praise the staff too highly as they do their work efficiently and always with a smile. She needs a great deal of care but nothing is too much trouble. I would recommend Signature at Banstead as a top class care home.

I cannot recommend Coombe Hill Manor more highly. The staff are so kind, patient, and caring and always available to chat about any concerns we might have. They helped us so much with the actual move, keeping us fully updated on how she was settling. All her needs are met and she is treated with dignity and respect even when her behaviour is challenging.
She is settling well and enjoying the many stimulating activities provided. My family and I could not be happier with our choice of home.
