Signature so special
Signature is pleased to announce that we are now in a position to trial easing some of our lockdown restrictions. This means we are gradually allowing visitors back into our care homes, including family members, friends and potential residents who could benefit from our industry leading accommodation and support.
The decision to ease restrictions has not been taken lightly and has been made in strict accordance with Public Health England, Care England Guidance and our robust internal risk assessment process.
This video in conjunction with the attached visitor guide will explain our pre-visit check list along with what to expect when you visit the home. We are looking forward to welcoming you back to Signature and we thank you for your patience and understanding.

Residential care at Signature is designed around each individual, and is supported by a comprehensive care plan. Residents receive 24-hour support, from a little help with washing, dressing and taking medication to those residents who have greater needs.

Respite care at Signature can be anything from a few weeks to a few months, depending on the person's requirement. It’s perfect for post-operative care, or for a carer to have a holiday, and our respite care is available year-round.
Our Signature menus have been designed using the very best seasonal ingredients and developed in conjunction with Jane Devonshire, MasterChef 2016 winner. Our chefs work with Jane on trade days during the year, inspiring our team through her knowledge of various intolerances and Jane’s experience gained since winning MasterChef.
All of our homes have a dedicated Activities Manager and an activities team offering range of activities to get involved in. With daily calendar of events there's always something for everyone.
Residents within our homes have regular meetings to discuss what they would like to do and plan special events held in the community.
Communal facilities include wellbeing rooms, hair salons, well-equipped activities rooms, private dining facilities, lounges and dining rooms with feature fireplaces and cosy areas to fully relax with friends, a cinema, and a café serving fresh coffee, speciality teas and homemade cakes.

Exceptional service in trying times. My mother is doing much better having been moved to this facility to start rehabilitation from a hip operation and illness. She is being treated as an individual with individual needs and may be able to make it back to independent living because of this. The various activities were all well documented in a bright colourful magazine, and I took part in everything offered. We are very impressed with the care my mother has received whilst at Rosebery Manor over the past 2 years. All the staff are friendly, caring and show a lot of respect to all residents and their relatives. Following my mother's stroke, the staff have quickly and seamlessly adapted to her new and more intensive level of care and needs without even having to ask. I have lived here since 2017. My first impression was a surprise at the non-institutional and relaxed atmosphere rather like that of a good hotel! But the staff are efficient and caring and create an atmosphere of friendship and community. There are plenty of activities for all tastes. From the start, we found the staff at Rosebery very helpful and considerate. The receptionists and moving-in coordinators are especially friendly and assisted us in many ways. The building is lovely but most of all the staff and managers do show genuine care, interest and professionalism looking after the residents. They put a lot of thought into the activities for residents. All the staff have a positive and friendly attitude. Some of the admin processes can be inconsistent and not as user-friendly as you would expect. However, that does not detract from the confidence they give us that our relative is genuinely well cared for. The team at Pembroke House have all been amazing since my father came first for respite care and then as a permanent resident. Dad had only been here for 1 week before he decided he wanted to stay. From the very first time we stepped inside Parklands Manor, we were made to feel so welcome. My dad has now been in the home for 4 weeks and today very happily became a permanent resident. Initially apprehensive, my two-week respite care was a pleasure. The care home was well appointed in attractive grounds. All staff were attentive, cheerful and caring. I particularly appreciated that they always knocked on my room door before entering. Parklands have been fantastic for my father, he has been able to live independently in his own apartment which was so important to him, but the staff and care team look out for him and ultimately are there should his needs change. The home is to a very high standard and the cinema a real bonus allowing him to watch sports matches on the big screen. I found the atmosphere in Moorlands Lodge so warm and welcoming especially in Livingstone Ward for dementia patients. Where my husband lived for nearly a year. I have been here for the first few weeks as a respite patient and have now decided to stay long term. The staff are all delightful, creating an atmosphere of happiness and helpfulness at all times. Our mother moved into Cliveden Manor 14 months ago – initially into one of the spacious assisted living rooms and then as her condition progressed into a small room in the Willows (Dementia suite). My father moved into Bentley House in 2016. He has been exceptionally well cared for by a caring and friendly team. I recently made twice daily visits to my sister during two weeks spent at Brentwood. Prior to that, I had visited my sister and her husband a number of times over the previous 3 years before his passing last month. I had always been impressed by the warm, friendly and welcoming atmosphere within The Beeches and the beautiful, spacious and attractively decorated and furnished rooms and leisure areas. Living locally, I knew of Ascot Grange and called for information. From the first phone call, they made it clear they were willing to help in any way possible. Ultimately, I chose to move into a 1-bed apartment here with my wife. Everything is taken care of and I have nothing to do. My 95-year-old mother fell and broke her thigh bone and after 2 weeks in hospital, they insisted on discharging her, even though she couldn't stand. My 88-year-old mother moved into Parklands Manor on 12th February. We wanted somewhere that was residential but with the basic care and Support there if needed. Mum has the privacy and freedom of her own room, and company of others when she wants. The grounds and building are new and amazing. The food is good, we have even had several meals in one of the two restaurants with mum. There are always plenty of activities going on. All the staff are caring and friendly. Before mum moved into Parklands, I would constantly worry about how she was coping on a daily basis. All of the staff have been extremely friendly and helpful and are willing to go out of their way to help the residents and their families. I am so pleased with the choice we have made and I am now relieved my mother is safe, comfortable and being looked after to a high standard in luxury surroundings. I have lived here since November 2017. My first impression was a surprise at the non-institutional and relaxed atmosphere rather like that of a good hotel! The staff are efficient and caring and create an atmosphere of friendship and community. There are plenty of activities for all tastes. It was lovely to be able to bring my own furniture and indeed I could have brought a dog or a husband!
