General Manager

My career in care started in 2013, it has been a privilege that most of my journey has been with Signature Care Homes.  During this time, I gained and developed my skills as a Residential Care Manager, working in different Signature homes and I am now delighted to move into the role of General Manager at Farnham Common. I am passionate about delivering exceptional care to our residents, ensuring our values are promoted by all our staff members, so we maintain excellent standards in all our day-to-day activities.  By being a positive role model within the Home, I hope to share this passion, working alongside, supporting my team, and building caring relationships with all our residents and respective families.

At Farnham Common, we have a real understanding of how important it is to demonstrate passion and empathy when supporting our residents with their care needs, naturally tailoring our approach each time to reflect their individuality.

As a General Manager,  I am motivated to support all in enhancing our service, making our Home truly remarkable.

Wendy Healy

Client Liaison Manager

I have worked in residential care supporting and guiding loved ones through their care journey since 2018. It is a role I absolutely love and am excited have joined Signature at Farnham Common, a wonderful home offering a luxurious environment for residents, where they are supported by a compassionate and caring team, committed to providing each resident with a sense of security, community and fulfilment.

Maschelle Dimayacyac

Clinical Services Manager

I’ve been working in the healthcare industry for 15 years now. I’m a licensed nurse in both the United Kingdom and the Philippines.  My journey in nursing began in 2003 in the Philippines. I successfully earned a bachelor’s degree in Nursing and passed the nursing licensing exam, which officially launched my healthcare career.

My passion for nursing and healthcare and my desire to continue my education led me to move to the UK to pursue my dream of becoming a globally competitive nurse. I continued my studies and successfully completed a degree in Nursing and Healthcare Integrated in the UK, at the University of West London.

I have had diverse and enriching experiences working in various roles in hospitals and care homes, which have helped me develop my expertise in both clinical practice and management. My experiences as a bedside nurse, nurse manager, and educator have all converged to shape my practice in providing safe, person-centred, and quality care to the residents.

I am thrilled to have been offered the position of Clinical Services Manager / Deputy Manager at Signature Farnham Common. To me, this role is more than just a job; it is an opportunity to be a part of an organization that genuinely cares about its residents, their families, and the staff. I am eagerly looking forward to continuing my journey of professional growth and learning with this incredible team, as I remain dedicated to ensuring the well-being of the residents.

Residential Care Manager

I am an experienced healthcare professional with over 18 years of service in the care sector, specialising in the support of vulnerable adults with complex needs. My career has been rooted in residential and nursing care environments, including senior roles at Signature and Sunrise Care Homes, where I have contributed to operational leadership, regulatory compliance, staff development, and the consistent delivery of high-quality, person-centred care.

Alongside my healthcare career, I am also an IT professional. This unique combination of clinical leadership and technical expertise enables me to bridge care delivery with process improvement, digital transformation, and enhanced operational efficiency.

I am delighted to be joining the team at Farnham as Residential Care Manager and look forward to working collaboratively with colleagues to continue delivering exceptional, high-quality care to our residents.

Dementia Care Manager

My career in care began in 2015 when I moved to the United Kingdom and started working as a carer. From the outset, I felt a strong connection to supporting people living with dementia, and this quickly became my true passion.

Over the years, I have remained committed to developing my knowledge, skills and understanding to ensure I provide compassionate, meaningful and truly person-centred care. I firmly believe that dementia care is about much more than meeting physical needs — it is about connection, dignity and helping each individual live well.

As Dementia Care Manager at Farnham Common, I am dedicated to creating a warm, safe and nurturing environment where residents can experience comfort, happiness and joy. I am passionate about leading and supporting my team to deliver care rooted in kindness, patience, respect and genuine human connection.

My goal is always to ensure that residents — and their families — feel reassured, valued and confident that their loved one is receiving the highest standard of care.

Hospitality Manager

I have worked in catering now for over 27 years, starting out at a local pub as a waitress, then moving on to be a chef in the RAF, to running my own pubs then going on to work for Heston Blumenthal, Pierre Koffman and Odds Farm as Food and Beverage Manager.

I am very passionate about all things Food & Beverage. I am looking forward to making sure our residents will be well looked after and genuinely cared for, while delivering a 5 star service.

Tina Avery

Business Admin Manager

I have worked in the care sector for many years, I started in my 20s at the Epilepsy Centre in Chalfont St Peter.

After a career diversion into retail and then later as an administrator with the National Trust, Signature offered me the opportunity to return to the care sector, firstly as an Administrator then Clinical Administrator and then Residential Care Manager. I later joined a specialist team to implement a new system for the whole of Signature Group, a project I am very proud to have been part of. I am now exited to work at our lovely new home in Farnham Common as Business Admin Manager and use my qualification in CIPD level 5 in HR. I look forward to supporting all my colleagues in their journey at Farnham Common.

Client Liaison Coordinator

I am the Client Liaison Coordinator here at Signature at Farnham Common. I work alongside Wendy, our Client Liaison Manager, in supporting loved ones and residents in their search for care. I will meet with prospective residents and their loved ones to help and assist them through what can be an emotional time. I will be there to offer my full support and guidance in their search as well as being a listening ear.

Wojciech Lozynski

Maintenance Manager

I am responsible for the health and safety of our residents, staff and visitors. I have the privilege of working for over 6 years in the care sector. The previous Nursing Home, where I worked for 4.5 years as a Maintenance Manager, received an outstanding rating from the CQC in all five areas, which I hope to achieve again with our team at Farnham Common.

I like helping people live independently and with dignity, despite their age and health and with our team at Farnham Common we aim to create a homely atmosphere with a safe and happy environment for our residents, families and friends.

Jay Killingbeck

Head Chef

I have been a valued member of the Signature family for over 15 years, building my career from the ground up. I began as a Kitchen Assistant, where I developed a strong work ethic, a passion for food, and a clear understanding of the importance of quality and care in every meal.

Through dedication and commitment, I progressed to a Chef role at another care home within the group, and later advanced to Sous Chef. In this position, I continued to grow by refining my leadership skills, expanding my culinary knowledge, and supporting the development of others.

Now, as Head Chef, I bring years of hands-on experience, loyalty, and pride to the role. I am passionate about leading my team, creating nutritious and comforting meals, and maintaining consistently high standards in the kitchen. My journey reflects both my long-term commitment to Signature and my dedication to providing food that makes a meaningful difference in residents’ daily lives.
