“This feels more like a high-quality hotel than a care home—I couldn’t wish for nicer surroundings for my mother. The staff go the extra mile, making the assessment and move-in process quick and seamless, even managing her medications and GP registration. The beautiful premises and welcoming team create a lovely place for Mum to live and for us to visit. Most importantly, she couldn’t be happier.”
