My friend has resided at Bentley House for many years on the dementia floor. The staff have always been so friendly and caring towards all the residents and visitors from what I have seen during my time visiting. Nothing seems to be too much trouble when speaking to the staff, no matter how big or small the task is. The home is immaculate, with wonderful settings and daily activities for the residents to enjoy! I always enjoy my time spent there.

When you walk through the doors at Reigate Grange there is an immediate buzz and warmth. Staff are always smiling and welcoming and show genuine affection and respect for the residents. The atmosphere is like a favourite hotel - professionally run but feels like a place you could call home. The café and shared spaces are immediately attractive and challenge traditional views of what to expect from a care home. Visiting a relative, you might almost want to stay on yourself!

My mother is currently staying with this excellent home and she, I and her son-in-law are beyond impressed and delighted with the care she is receiving, the facilities, the food and surroundings but above all the exceptional kindness and patience with which we are all received and treated. The premises are luxurious like a cruise ship, the atmosphere happy and friendly, lots going on to include and entertain everyone. Can't praise everyone involved highly enough!

Signature at Highgate does not feel like a residential care home. The staff are all attentive, helpful and subtle in the way that they support my mother so that they seem more like caring friends than carers. She can remain independent in all her choices and activities while accessing a full range of in-house entertainment. As an example, saying that she likes opera, several operas have been screened in the cinema especially for her. The facilities are more like a luxury hotel with food freshly prepared for each dinner from a small but varied and healthy menu. Guests are always welcome and can be hosted in her private apartment or the public lounges with free coffee and cakes provided. Saying that she likes granola for breakfast, it appeared on the menu by day 3!

My mum has been a Signature, Weybridge resident since Spring 2022. I initially wrote a review after Mum's first year praising the staff and how their kindness and patience helped her to settle into her new life at Signature. I can confidently say that the kindness and excellent care continue. Mum is  happy, content and speaks highly of her carers. Mum continues to participate in activities and outings and enjoys many afternoons of entertainment in the Bistro. I can see first-hand when I visit how kind and lovely all of the staff are and living quite some way from Weybridge, Signature gives me piece of mind that Mum is safe, happy and well.
