Terms and Conditions - 3 for 2 Respite Offer

• The offer is valid for new respite bookings confirmed on or before 30th June, subject to availability.
• A minimum stay of three consecutive weeks is required at the point of move-in to qualify for the offer. One week (7 days) will be provided free of charge within the three-week stay.
• The complimentary week applies to Accommodation Services Fees and Care Services Fees only and does not apply to Additional Services Fees.
• Full prepayment is required for two weeks for a three-week stay.
• Any stay of less than three weeks which is subsequently extended to three weeks will not be eligible for the offer.
• The offer is valid for one stay per resident and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.
• The offer must be accepted within 28 days of the offer being issued, and the stay must commence within 6 weeks of the offer date, unless otherwise agreed.
• If the stay is shortened to less than three weeks, the offer will no longer apply and full fees will be charged.
• Signature Senior Lifestyle reserves the right to amend or withdraw this offer at any time.
