She has a lovely room which is always clean and tidy. The food is good, and her changing dietary needs are catered for. My mum loves going to the garden which is beautifully maintained. Since my sister has been in Signature she has been treated with kindness and compassion by everyone at the home. I cannot praise the staff too highly as they do their work efficiently and always with a smile. She needs a great deal of care but nothing is too much trouble. I would recommend Signature at Banstead as a top class care home.

I cannot recommend Coombe Hill Manor more highly. The staff are so kind, patient, and caring and always available to chat about any concerns we might have. They helped us so much with the actual move, keeping us fully updated on how she was settling. All her needs are met and she is treated with dignity and respect even when her behaviour is challenging.
She is settling well and enjoying the many stimulating activities provided. My family and I could not be happier with our choice of home.
