With over 28 years of experience in the catering industry, I have had the opportunity to work at many fantastic organisations, including GE, one of the world’s largest global companies. During my time as Executive Chef at Elstree Studios, I enjoyed cooking for celebrities and took pride in my work being presented on many TV shows and adverts including Big Brother and Strictly Come Dancing. Whilst working at the Grove Hotel, I had the opportunity to cook for the England Football Team which led to a further commission of travelling to other venues with the team to provide their catering. I am excited to be part of Signature as we continue to grow through the hard work and passion of the incredible team.
