I fell in love with hospitality when I first set foot behind a bar 20 years ago and felt compelled to pursue a career in the industry. I graduated from the University of Surrey in 2009 with a BSc in International Hospitality Management and spent the early years of my career working in hotels and events. Out of sheer curiosity, I joined Signature in 2012 to explore what hospitality could look like within the care sector and I quickly felt I had found my calling. Blending five-star hotel service with such an exceptionally high standard of residential and nursing care has been an exciting and rewarding challenge for over 10 years now. The greatest reward in what I do is having the opportunity to make people feel special. To do this for the residents and team members within Signature homes is a privilege that I hold very close to my heart.
