I have worked in the care sector over 20 years, with five of those years spent proudly within the market-leading Signature Family. I have held the positions of both Dementia Care Manager and Residential Care Manager, but Dementia Care is my passion, and it is such a rewarding and fulfilling role. As Dementia Care Manager at Signature at Highgate, it is my responsibility to ensure that our residents receive the highest standards of person-centred care and are supported to live fulfilling and happy lives while living with Dementia.
