Bruno Morao is the talented Head Chef at Reigate Grange Care Home, where he leads the kitchen team in delivering exceptional dining experiences for residents.

Bruno first joined Reigate Grange as Sous Chef in February 2024, bringing over 15 years of experience in care sector catering. His dedication and passion for food led to his promotion to Head Chef in May 2025.

Originally from Portugal, Bruno has lived in England for more than 20 years and earned his professional chef qualifications here. He is passionate about creating delicious, nutritious meals with a particular love for Mediterranean cuisine.

Bruno is committed to designing seasonal menus that celebrate fresh, high-quality ingredients and meet the diverse dietary needs of residents. His approach to food is centred on teamwork, creativity, and making every meal a memorable experience.
