Fahame Aboubacar

General Manager

I was privileged to join Reigate Grange in 2023 to support the team as Care Services Manager and even more delighted to move in to the role of General Manager later that year. I am a qualified RGN, a dynamic individual with excellent nursing and leadership skills. I have a track record of delivering clinical excellence in a professional manner through direct nursing care. I have Deputised for more than 10 years and also worked as Acting Manager within my journey as a Deputy Manager. I’m a qualified TTT (Train The Trainer) and also have experience in commissioning new homes. At Reigate Grange, there is a genuine team spirit of cooperation and a passion to deliver the highest quality care. As General Manager, I strive to support this ethos and make our home truly exceptional.

Client Liaison Manager

I have been working in the care sector for over 15 years and am delighted to join the team at Signature at Reigate Grange. The home has gone from strength to strength over the past few years and has built an impressive reputation for delivering outstanding care alongside exceptional hospitality services.  Signature’s approach to person-centred care is not only amplified through robust and bespoke care plans, but through a range of meaningful activities both within the home and the local community. Dementia Care Manager

I first joined Signature in October 2020 as a Care Supervisor in the dementia care community. I was then promoted to the role of Dementia Care Manager. If there is one thing that I’ve learned in my years of working with people living with dementia, it is: The happiest and most fulfilled people are those who devote themselves to something bigger and more unique. There is nothing more rewarding than helping the most vulnerable people to continue to live their lives with dignity and respect.

Diane Swinton

Business Admin Manager

I joined Reigate Grange in November 2022 as the Business Admin Assistant. I recently got promoted to Business Admin Manager and I feel so privileged to be part of the amazing team here. Prior to working in the Care industry I was a PA to a Regional Manager for a well-known supermarket chain. I now feel that I make a difference every day to someone’s life which is thoroughly rewarding. I do a lot of work behind the scenes around HR, finance and support for all of the staff and managers ensuring our residents get the best care.

Holly Durban

Hospitality Supervisor

I’ve spent most of my professional life in hospitality, but a few years ago I realised I wanted to do something more meaningful and rewarding. That decision led me to the care sector and ultimately to Signature at Reigate Grange.

Since joining the team, I’ve progressed from Hospitality Assistant to Hospitality Supervisor, and now manage the Activities Department. I love engaging with our residents every day and creating fun, thoughtful activities that they can truly look forward to.

What motivates me most is building a warm, vibrant atmosphere where residents feel valued, entertained, and cared for. It’s a real privilege to be part of their lives and to help make each day a little brighter.

Dean Ferrari

Maintenance Manager

I am Dean Ferrari Maintenance Manager at Reigate Grange. I started at a previous Signature home as a maintenance assistant, progressing to be Manager and moved to Reigate Grange in 2023. Prior to coming into the care industry, I enjoyed renovating houses and did a lot of travelling for work. I thoroughly enjoy working here at Reigate and strive to keep the home and grounds to an excellent standard for our residents.

Bruno Morao

Head Chef

Bruno Morao is the talented Head Chef at Reigate Grange Care Home, where he leads the kitchen team in delivering exceptional dining experiences for residents.

Bruno first joined Reigate Grange as Sous Chef in February 2024, bringing over 15 years of experience in care sector catering. His dedication and passion for food led to his promotion to Head Chef in May 2025.

Originally from Portugal, Bruno has lived in England for more than 20 years and earned his professional chef qualifications here. He is passionate about creating delicious, nutritious meals with a particular love for Mediterranean cuisine.

Bruno is committed to designing seasonal menus that celebrate fresh, high-quality ingredients and meet the diverse dietary needs of residents. His approach to food is centred on teamwork, creativity, and making every meal a memorable experience.
