General Manager

I have been working in the care sector for over 20 years, and for the past six years, I have been proud to be part of the Signature family. My journey within Signature has allowed me to experience both sides of Residential Care Management and Hospitality management giving me a well-rounded perspective on delivering exceptional care and service to residents and their families.

In my role as General Manager at Signature Hendon Hall, I am passionate about ensuring that all residents receive the highest standard of care and support. I believe in fostering a warm, person-centered approach that allows every individual to feel valued and live a fulfilling life.

Client Liaison Manager

As the Client Liaison Manager at Hendon Hall since July 2025, I’m thrilled to welcome new residents and showcase our high-quality care and accommodation to the community. I bring two years of experience in the care sector, underpinned by a diverse academic background with degrees in Ecology and Theology. Outside of work, I enjoy staying active on the tennis court and engaging with my church community.

Dementia Care Manager

I have been lucky enough to have worked for Signature since 2018 and have had the pleasure of working for this great company, who have encouraged and mentored me to take the next step in my career. I am truly excited to be starting at Hendon Hall, working alongside a caring and empathetic team who all share the same ethos and values for delivering the best care possible. I have worked in the care sector for the last 20 years, which has given me a great foundation and understanding to enable me to deliver the highest standards of person-centred care, ensuring our residents enjoy a fulfilling life. I am passionate about ensuring our residents get the best out of every day and believe they can achieve anything with the right support, due care and attention. I feel passionately that our residents and their loved ones receive the right support and holistic advice whilst on their Dementia and Alzheimer’s journey and the team at Hendon Hall offer this support with compassion and dignity in this wonderful and luxurious setting.

Business Administrator Manager

With over 10 years of experience in the care sector within Human Resources, I bring a wealth of knowledge and a people-focused approach to my role. I began my journey with Signature in 2021 as part of the commissioning team, contributing to the successful openings of Signature at Hendon Hall and Signature at Barnet.
Now returning to Signature at Hendon Hall as Business Administration Manager, I am delighted to be back and excited to support the home’s continued success. Passionate about delivering high standards and fostering a positive workplace culture, I take great pride in working alongside a dedicated and inspiring team to ensure the very best experience for our residents and colleagues alike.

What I enjoy most about Signature at Hendon Hall is the interaction with the residents. I feel this is a major highlight as I get to know them individually and can discuss their dietary needs. Doing so, I am about to find out their likes and dislikes, which I can then share with the rest of the kitchen team, therefore providing the best dining experience possible, whilst fulfilling their nutritional requirements.

My career has been built around delivering exceptional hospitality experiences while supporting the wellbeing of others.
Having worked in five-star hotels and the luxury health and wellness sector, I have developed a deep understanding of the importance of creating environments in which people feel valued, respected and cared for. My experience has taught me that true wellbeing is achieved through a balance of physical, emotional and social wellbeing. Meaningful relationships, engaging activities, outstanding dining experiences, movement and a strong sense of community all play an essential role in helping people live happier, healthier and more fulfilling lives.
I am proud to bring together my experience in hospitality, wellness and leadership at Signature at Hendon Hall.

Maintenance Manager

I am really pleased and honoured to have joined the elite team here as Maintenance Manager, a team that truly listens and gets involved in the day-to-day lives of our residents. During my career of over 21 years in care, I have gained vast experience, skills and knowledge. I am happy to apply my DIY skills in a place that I consider not just my home, but a second safe and comfortable home for me and everyone who lives in and visits our community.

No two days are ever the same, and that is what makes each day so fulfilling. I firmly believe that home is where the heart is, and for me, my toolbox is part of that journey. Together, we create an environment that feels like family, where care, respect and community are at the centre of everything we do.
