I began my career as a Care Assistant, gaining invaluable first-hand experience of the importance of truly personalised care. Through perseverance, continuous learning and a deep commitment to meeting every resident’s individual needs, I have progressed within the sector, working alongside passionate professionals who share a genuine desire to serve and support others. Having been part of the Signature family since 2018, I am delighted to now call Ascot home.
