I’m Sumitha, a Clinical Services Manager at Banstead with over 26 years of clinical experience in Acute and nursing home settings, holding qualifications in General, Medical, Surgical, Paediatric, Psychiatric, Obstetric and Community nursing. I’ve earned a State Award of Merit in Medical and Surgical Nursing and completed post-graduation in Gerontological Nursing and End of Life care in Ireland. Passionate about elderly care, I’ve worked in India, Malaysia, Ireland, and the UK, specializing in Acute stroke units. My goal is to provide dignified care to elderly residents, ensuring loved ones’ peace of mind. Progressing into management, I now mentor and empower large teams.
