With more than 20 years of experience across financial services, recruitment and senior living, she combines strong commercial thinking with a genuine belief in exceptional customer experience. Her move into the care sector was personal. After supporting a loved one in their search for care, she knew this was an industry where she could make a meaningful difference. From the beginning, she felt closely aligned with Signature’s approach and the reassurance it offers to families at such an important time.
Since joining the sector in 2014, Stephanie has progressed through a range of senior sales leadership roles, giving her a deep understanding of the journey from first enquiry through to strategic performance reporting. She believes great results come from clarity, accountability and teamwork, and is passionate about developing confident, high performing teams who truly care about what they do.
