I’ve worked in care for 15 years, with the last seven years being in luxury care homes. I was previously a Deputy Manager, which gave me lots of experience supporting both residents and staff.
I’m a very caring and friendly person and genuinely love what I do. To me, exceptional care means treating every person as an individual, listening to them, respecting their choices and making sure they feel valued, safe and truly at home. It’s about the little things, building meaningful relationships and going that extra mile to make someone’s day better.
