I started my career in care after graduating from university in 2018 and I became a carer whilst figuring out what I wanted to do long term but after a few weeks I knew I wanted to progress my career in the care sector. Shortly after this I became a Care and Training Practitioner progressing to Care Coordinator and then became a Registered Branch Manager with the CQC in a span of 3 years in domiciliary care in Wimbledon. I absolutely loved making a difference to people’s lives every day in their homes but I wanted to expand my knowledge and experience within the care home sector. Since the moment I walked into Coombe Hill Manor I was greeted by smiles and warmth from team members to our residents. Truly the residents are at the heart of everything here and the team on really care about making Coombe Hill a lovely place to live.
