I am a chef with over 30 years of international experience, having worked professionally in Canada, the United States, and the United Kingdom. My career has included positions at the Le Méridien King Edward and the Royal Canadian Military Institute in Toronto, the The Fairmont Washington, D.C., Georgetown, and in London at the The Ritz Club, Andaz London Liverpool Street, The Harley Street Clinic, and Battersea Place.
I enjoy travelling, learning new dishes from different cultures, and incorporating them into my repertoire. I have a particular passion for Thai cuisine, which I developed during a stint in Phuket. I strongly believe in using local, seasonal produce from sustainable sources wherever possible.
I am honoured to be appointed Head Chef at Signature at Hornchurch and look forward to being part of the team that creates wonderful dining experiences for our residents and their guests.
