I have been part of the Signature family since March 2014, beginning my journey as a Dementia Care Manager, where I discovered a deep passion for delivering outstanding, person-centred dementia care. In 2021, I was proud to be shortlisted as a finalist for Best Dementia Manager at the Care Awards, recognising my commitment to excellence. That same year, I became Signature’s Regional Dementia Mentor, supporting teams across the group to enhance standards, share best practice and inspire excellence. In 2025, I was promoted to Clinical Services Manager, allowing me to support residents, families and teams at an even deeper level. What I love most about dementia care is building meaningful relationships and truly understanding the person behind the diagnosis. It is not just about meeting physical needs, but about preserving dignity, creating moments of joy, and helping residents feel safe, valued and understood every day. Working at Weybridge is special because of the strong sense of family, teamwork and shared values. The team is passionate, compassionate and genuinely committed to enhancing quality of life for every resident.
