I am the Maintenance Manager at Signature at Ascot and also serve as Signature’s Regional Senior Engineer. My role is to ensure our home is safe, well maintained and running smoothly, working closely with our General Manager and Client Liaison Manager, as strong communication is essential in creating a great environment for residents and team members alike. I trained in carpentry and joinery before building my career in two five star hotels, where I developed a passion for engineering and building systems. I later spent almost 15 years with Bupa as a Maintenance Manager, supporting multiple homes across Surrey.
