  • Eligibility 
    This offer is available to new prospective residents and/or their immediate family members who book and attend a show round at Signature at Reigate Grange.
     
  • Offer Details 
    Guests attending a pre‑booked show round will receive a complimentary lunch for up to two people.
     
  • Booking Requirement 
    The show round must be booked in advance and be attended on the agreed date to qualify for the complimentary lunch.
     
  • Availability 
    Complimentary lunches are subject to availability and must be taken on the day of the show round, unless otherwise agreed in advance.
     
  • Dietary Requirements 
    Any dietary requirements or allergies should be communicated at the time of booking. While all reasonable efforts will be made to accommodate requests, this cannot be guaranteed.
     
  • Exclusions 
  • The offer is not available to existing residents. 
  • The offer has no cash alternative and cannot be exchanged or transferred. 
  • Drinks beyond those included with lunch may be chargeable. 

  • Multiple Visits 
    Only one complimentary lunch per household/applicant will be permitted, regardless of the number of show rounds attended. 

  • Promotion Period 
    This offer is available for a limited time and may be withdrawn or amended at any time without prior notice. 

  • General 
    Signature at Reigate Grange reserves the right to refuse or withdraw this offer if it is suspected to be misused or abused
