I worked for the NHS for over 10 years in care while raising my children, which has enabled me to have a greater insight into my role as Client Liaison Manager. I am here to support residents and their loved ones in making their decision into their long-term care needs. The most rewarding parts of my job are showcasing our beautiful home and enabling potential residents and their loved ones to visualise how we can enrich their lives with everything we have to offer here at Signature.

I am thrilled to introduce myself as the Residential Care Manager for Signature at Highgate, a remarkable luxury home. It brings me immense joy to be part of the esteemed Signature family. Building on my previous experience of over fifteen years of experience in the elderly care sector, I am committed to ensuring that every aspect of our residents’ lives is enriched and their well-being is prioritised. I work alongside an exceptional team and utilise my skills in managing day-to-day operations, fostering a collaborative work environment, and delivering personalised care that exceeds expectations. My goal is to make Signature at Highgate a place where residents feel cherished, safe and truly at home. I believe in the power of building strong relationships with residents, their loved ones and the community. By actively engaging with local healthcare providers and participating in outreach initiatives, I aim to create a supportive network that enhances the lives of those we care for.

I have worked in the care sector over 20 years, with five of those years spent proudly within the market-leading Signature Family. I have held the positions of both Dementia Care Manager and Residential Care Manager, but Dementia Care is my passion, and it is such a rewarding and fulfilling role. As Dementia Care Manager at Signature at Highgate, it is my responsibility to ensure that our residents receive the highest standards of person-centred care and are supported to live fulfilling and happy lives while living with Dementia. I feel very blessed to be a part of a beautiful Signature home, and I am confident that we can make a meaningful difference during crucial moments in our residents’ journeys. I am honoured to be trusted with the care of your loved ones.

I started with Signature in May 2018. As Hospitality Manager, I lead a dedicated team to deliver luxury hospitality throughout the home to our residents and their loved ones. I am committed to providing the highest standards of service and satisfaction. I am adept at managing large teams and understand the importance of consistency. Prior to joining Signature I worked in the hotel industry at The Metropolitan Hotel on Park Lane in London. I have a post graduate qualification in Hospitality Management, and I believe I bring passion, creativity, and style to my role. Transitioning to a care home environment has offered tremendous satisfaction and opportunity, and I am confident that I can improve the quality of our residents’ lives drawing on my experience within luxury service environments.

I joined Signature in October 2021 as a receptionist, and from the very beginning I knew I had found the right environment for me. I love working in the care sector – meeting families, supporting residents, and helping people find the right care for their loved ones is something I find incredibly rewarding. My passion has inspired me to progress within the organisation, and I’m proud to continue growing my skills and experience. I’m committed to providing a warm, supportive, and professional service to everyone I meet, and I look forward to continuing my journey with Signature.
