Coronavirus Update

Further to my recent communication, I would like to provide you with an update on the current status of our home operations. Firstly, I would like to report that, in the main, it is ‘business as usual’ at Signature despite the unprecedented challenges we all face in these times of lockdown. Whilst staffing levels continue to be impacted by isolation protocols, we are maintaining sufficient cover across all departments and ensuring that our residents receive the best possible care and attention.

I would like to thank all residents and family members for respecting our current no visitor protocol. I totally appreciate how difficult this must be however rest assured that we remain fully focused on the wellbeing and safety of our residents. In order to promote regular contact with family and friends we have introduced heightened technology initiatives at each home which will allow our residents to stay in virtual contact as and when required.

I’m delighted to report that across all our homes we have been inundated with messages of goodwill and support from local community groups. This is testament to the enduring relationships we have built with our wider communities and validates the spirit of human kindness which resonates with us all at times like these.

We will continue to keep you informed as the situation evolves and circumstances within our home operations change. Your support is incredibly important to us and we thank you sincerely for your understanding.

A Luxury Care Home in Epsom

Signature’s luxury care home in Epsom offers award-winning residential and nursing care for both individuals and couples. With a choice of assisted living accommodation from studios to one-bedroom deluxe apartments, each suite has its own wet room style bathroom, kitchenette and private phone line.

“Mum needed care and help at home but finding a suitable care home was quite time-consuming. We were recommended Rosebery Manor, I have found the upsetting experience much easier with the wonderful support from the care home, both to mum and the whole family. Mum is very happy and in my experience, Rosebery Manor is quite unique compared to other homes.” (Daughter of a resident, comments from

Nursing Home Facilities in Epsom

Our exceptional nursing home offers a choice of two dining experiences; our residents and their families can dine in our beautifully designed restaurant or our bistro for a more casual experience. We have a number of quiet cosy lounges, a Signature café which is ideal for that cup of coffee with friends, a well-equipped library (including computer stations), a hair salon, spa bathrooms and a therapy room. We also have our own Cinema where our residents, their families and friends can relax and enjoy a film.

Our activities team organises a wide choice of stimulating daily activities, including crafts, clubs and visiting entertainers, as well as outings to local places of interest, the content all being chosen by our residents.

“My first impression was a surprise at the non-institutional and relaxed atmosphere rather like that of a good hotel! But the staff are efficient and caring and create an atmosphere of friendship and community. There are plenty of activities for all tastes. It was lovely to be able to bring my own furniture and indeed I could have brought a dog or a husband! With my poor health, I am confident in the meticulous care taken by the nursing staff.” (Resident, comments from

Dementia Care in Epsom

We also offer a separate dementia area with specially-designed apartments and facilities. This area has been designed in collaboration with research conducted by the University of Stirling and ensures that the environment is dementia friendly and stimulating. Comfortable, open plan, naturally lit and staffed by specially trained staff, it offers unique support for those residents requiring specialist memory loss care.

“My Mum is in the dementia area at Rosebery – she has been there for 3 years and to us, it feels like home – all the people are friendly, the staff look after her very well. I feel at ease that Mum is cared for when we are not there. I would recommend Rosebery Manor to everyone.” (Daughter of a resident, comments from
