Dementia-Friendly Cinema Screenings

Every first Thursday of the month 10.30am – 12.30pm

Enjoy a warm and welcoming cinema experience, complete with complimentary drinks, popcorn and choc ices – all in a relaxed, dementia-friendly environment designed to make everyone feel comfortable and included.

Special Eyecare Event

Friday 21st November 10.30am – 11.30am

Amjad from Visual Impact will be visiting on Friday 21st November for an informative and relaxed session focused on supporting your eye health. Amjad will be giving a talk on general eye care and managing dry eyes, including a live demonstration of the latest dry eye treatment.

This is a fantastic opportunity to speak one-on-one in a calm setting, whether you’re experiencing any issues, need advice on when to see your GP, or simply want tips on self-care.

For those who wear glasses, a complimentary glasses cleaning will also be available. We look forward to welcoming you to what promises to be a helpful and insightful day. This will be an ongoing personalised service where Amjad will support residents at Signature at Highgate.

Dementia Café for Community Event

Every last Wednesday of the month 2.30pm – 4.30pm

Next event date: Wednesday 26th November

We will provide tea, coffee, cakes and other refreshments and a safe dementia-friendly environment. Activities will change with each café.

Christmas Fair

Sunday 30th November 1.00pm – 5.00pm

You’re warmly invited to our Annual Christmas Fair. Join us for a festive celebration filled with seasonal cheer and community spirit.

Handcrafted gifts and artisan stalls. Discover unique, lovingly made treasures – a perfect opportunity for finding those special Christmas gifts.

Festive food and drink. Indulge in the comforting tastes of the season, from mulled wine and mince pies, to rich hot chocolate and more.

Raffle and prizes. Don’t miss our Christmas raffle with all proceeds supporting BRACE, funding vital dementia research.

The Signature Opera Club – an Afternoon of Opera

Every last Sunday of the month 12.30pm – 3.30pm

You’re invited to an afternoon of opera, great food and good  company to be held on the last Sunday of every month. Join us for a special screening from The Royal Opera House,  shown in the comfort of our very own Cinema Room.  Before the curtain rises, tuck into a delicious complimentary  lunch, freshly prepared by our Head Chef. It’s a lovely chance to  relax, catch up with friends and enjoy something a little bit special. We can’t wait to share this cultural treat with you!

Tea with Santa

Saturday 13th December. Two session times available:

11.00am – 11.45am and 12.00pm – 12.45pm

A magical Christmas experience for the whole family. Step into a world of festive wonder at Signature at Highgate for our “Tea with Santa” event, specially designed for children (aged 3 to 10 years old) and their families.

Festive biscuit decorating: Children can get creative with icing and sprinkles in a fun, hands-on activity
• Storytime with Santa: Gather around as Father Christmas shares a magical festive tale
• A special gift: Every child will receive a Christmas present to take home
• Drinks and treats: Enjoy a velvety cup of hot chocolate for the children, while adults can relax with mulled wine or a comforting tea or coffee served with a mince pie.

Early booking is advised as spaces are limited. There is no ticket price for this event, however a donation of £10 is requested per child, payable at reception on arrival. All proceeds will be donated to BRACE, supporting vital dementia research.

Blue Light Café

Pop in for a complimentary coffee and cake whenever you’re passing us. And, on the third Tuesday of every month, from 7.00am to 10.00am, members of the emergency services are invited for a sit down or take away breakfast.
