Reservation deposit will be required and will hold your chosen room for 28 days. The move in must have taken place by 31st October 2024 to be valid. Offer applies to new permanent move-ins only on a private pay basis. Annual room and care fee increases of no more than 5.5% apply (Subject to an annual 5% increase or aligned to CPIH* when greater than 6%). Offer not available in conjunction with any other offer. Offer available for a limited time only.

*CPIH is defined as the Consumer Prices Index, including owner occupiers’ housing costs.
