Interim General Manager

Fahame Aboubacar

I was privileged to join Reigate Grange in March 2023 to support the team as Care Services Manager.  I was delighted to move in to the role of Interim General Manager in June.

I’m a qualified RGN, a dynamic individual with excellent nursing and leadership skills.  I have a track record of delivering clinical excellence in a professional manner through direct nursing care. I have Deputised for more than 10 years and also worked as Acting Manager within my journey as a Deputy Manager.  I’m a qualified TTT (Train The Trainer) and also have experience in commissioning new homes.

At Reigate Grange there is a genuine team spirit of cooperation and a passion to deliver the highest quality care.  As Interim General Manager, I strive to support this ethos and make our home truly exceptional.

Nursing Care Manager

Sumitha Vijayagangadharan

I’m Sumitha, a Nursing Care Manager at Reigate Grange with over 26 years of clinical experience in Acute and nursing home settings, holding qualifications in General, Medical, Surgical, Paediatric, Psychiatric, Obstetric, and Community nursing. I’ve earned a State Award of Merit in Medical and Surgical Nursing and completed post-graduation in Gerontological Nursing and End of Life care in Ireland. Passionate about elderly care, I’ve worked in India, Malaysia, Ireland, and the UK, specializing in Acute stroke units.

My goal is to provide dignified care to elderly residents, ensuring families’ peace of mind. Progressing into management, I now mentor and empower large teams. I feel privileged to work for Signature where the values of the organisation align with my own.

Client Liaison Manager

Jan Marples

I was welcomed into the Signature family in 2021 having managed a variety of customer service teams in the private, public and charity sector.

As one of Reigate Grange’s two Client Liaison Managers, I represent the home within the community and am available to field enquiries from prospective residents or local community groups. Working alongside Thomas, it is also my role to guide families and their loved ones through the process of moving into Reigate Grange. I am very passionate about making the transition into a care home as smooth as possible. The whole team at Reigate Grange work together to achieve this.

I am fortunate to have had the opportunity to work in several homes within the Signature portfolio. What impresses me most is the dedication and determination to deliver the best possible experience for the residents. From the quality of care and nursing, through to hospitality and the varied programme of events and activities that are on offer. We constantly challenge ourselves to review our services, to consult with our residents and families, and to continually improve.

Client Liaison Manager

Thomas McGlashan

I joined Signature in 2020 and have a background in marketing client management roles. In my role as Client Liaison Managers, I am responsible for being the initial point-of-contact for any new enquiries and guiding new members of the community and their loved ones through the move-in process; from selecting their perfect apartment to co-ordinating logistics on move-in day. I enjoy the variety of my role and building strong relationships with the rest of the team and residents.

Activities Manager

Chloe Krokidis

I have always had a passion for the performing arts and entertainment and after graduating with a First-Class Ba Hons degree in Musical Theatre, I couldn’t wait to pursue a career within the arts. Over the past 7 years, I have been lucky enough to work and perform within a variety of establishments; most notably for Warner Leisure Hotels and more recently Saga Cruises. Whilst on board with Saga Cruises, I was lucky enough to see many corners of the world and also took on more responsibility working alongside the Cruise Director to organise and manage the Production Team. However, last year I decided to leave the seas and come home to spend more time with friends and family and thought I would never find a job within the industry that I could do from home.
From the moment I stepped through the doors of Reigate Grange, I instantly fell in love with the home, team and concept of Signature and am thrilled to be starting a new journey here with the Signature team and be given the opportunity to provide entertainment and activities to our residents.

Night Care Manager

Abbey Odumeso

I joined Reigate Grange as Night Care Manager in April 2018, driven by a deep commitment to supporting older people to live life to the full. I bring with me a diverse experience with a background spanning Dementia Care, Mental Health Services, Learning Disabilities Care, Residential Care, and Domiciliary Care. Having worked in many roles across the sector including being a chef, customer service executive and carer I achieved my Level 5 NVQ in Health & Social Care and was successful in a promotion to Manager. Beyond work, I enjoy football, rice and beans, Westlife melodies and love Guinness and White Chocolate!

Head Chef

Ancuta Tiriteu

Born and raised in Romania in a family that loves food I became passionate about food and I love cooking with excellent quality fresh ingredients. I attended a private college in culinary arts in 2013 and I was classically trained by one of the best French Chef. For the past 10 years I have had the pleasure the work and cook in luxury establishments. I love cooking traditional British Food, and I also enjoy exploring other cuisines with Mediterranean being one of my favourite. To me, there is no great chef without a great team, you must have people around you who understand the same “ music “, they need you but you need them desperately if you want to achieve the excellence.  In the past few years I have focused my personal life more towards healthy food choices and I enjoy a very healthy diet.

Business Administration Manager

Rosanna Turner

I have worked in the care industry for roughly 12 years starting as a care assistant at Sunrise of Esher and doing domiciliary work at weekends which I loved.

I then moved into a reception/admin role within a care home and my career has blossomed from there. I adore working in care and enjoy all the different personalities i have met along the way.

I live with my fiancé and cat called Charlie. I love travelling and spending time with family and friends

Maintenance Manager

Dean Ferrari

I am Dean Ferrari Maintenance Manager at Reigate Grange. I have started at Rosebery Manor as a maintenance assistant, progressing to be Manager and moved to Reigate Grange in May 2023. Prior to coming into the Care industry, I enjoyed renovating houses and did a lot of travelling for work. I thoroughly enjoy working here at Reigate and strive to keep the home and grounds to an excellent standard for our residents.
