Signature at REIGATE GRANGE Management Statement

Signature at Reigate Grange is a Care Home that caters for Assisted Living, Nursing and Dementia residents and End of Life Care.

The home is overseen by our General Manager, who is supported by the Care Services Manager, both of whom are experienced in health and social care. Also, the Heads of Department who are all subject matter experts in their chosen field.

Accommodation will be provided over three floors, this consists of 87 spacious private apartments all with end suite facilities – 45 Studio; 28 1 Bedroom Standard; 14 1 Bedroom Deluxe; 5 communal toilets; 3 spa (assisted) bathrooms.

The main licensed restaurant is situated on the ground floor with its private dining room and access to the terrace and gardens.

The Signature Café is opposite the restaurant next to the entrance and adjacent to this is the library.

The home’s cinema room is located on this floor beside our Signature Bistro/restaurant. Opposite is our activity room for residents where a range of stimulating and enjoyable activities will take place. There is also a terrace off of the Activity room for our residents to enjoy creative activities in the fresh air. In addition, the Emporium comprising of a hair salon, therapy room and spa bathroom is located on the east wing.

O the second floor, you will find 12 more apartments and our Dementia area, which caters for people with all types of dementia; there are 24 studio suites, all of which have ensuite facilities.

Dementia offers a variety of communal areas including three lounge/diner areas, a quiet lounge and garden room leading onto a garden terrace. Additionally, our residents also have the use of a Spa (assisted) bathroom.

All have ensuite wet rooms with ample room for hoists and wheelchairs if necessary. All apartments have their own front doors with individual post boxes.

There is ample outside space with gardens and a water feature, which are landscaped.

There are two passenger lifts to all levels of the building.

Windows are easily opened and double glazed throughout with restrictors fitted for extra safety and security.

Each apartment has its own temperature controls to maintain a comfortable environment suited to the occupant.

Individualised programmes are delivered, dependent on the role of team members, to ensure that staff are able to meet the needs of all of our residents. Consequently, we have structured arrangements in place for the provision of regular training, both statutory and non-statutory. Training and education are delivered via a number of mediums suitable to the subject and the staff team that is being trained.
