Nursing surcharges are exempt from the fixed rate. The offer is valid 28 days from the date of sending the offer letter for new move ins within 6 weeks. Should a move-in date be required later than 6 weeks from the date of offer, any extension of the offer will be at the home’s discretion. Offer applies to new move-ins only on a private pay basis. Annual room and care fee increases of no more than 5.5% apply (Subject to an annual 5% increase or aligned to CPIH* when greater than 6%). Offer ends 31st October 2024.

*CPIH is defined as the Consumer Prices Index including owner occupiers’ housing costs.
