Falls Prevention Information Session
Date: Monday 13th October
Time: 2pm
Join us for a complimentary information session with Frances Lamberth, Director of Physiotherapy Services at Fairhand Visiting Physiotherapists.
Frances will explore why falls happen and share practical, easy-to-follow techniques to help prevent them – supporting greater confidence and independence. You’ll also have the chance to ask Frances your own falls-related questions.
Following the session, enjoy a guided tour of Signature at Banstead to experience our welcoming community first-hand.

As part of our new Past Times Memory Programme, we are delighted to offer some varied monthly Memory Clubs to support those caring for someone or those living with dementia. These events open up more options for helping create a safe environment for people with dementia to try some new hobbies, enjoy conversations, be stimulated and, most importantly, have fun.
Our Past Times Potting Shed gives you the chance to come and enjoy the opportunity to plant seeds, take cuttings and generally potter around one of our two dementia gardens.
Gardening helps those living with dementia to enjoy nature and take part in something fun and engaging.
All are welcome to come along and meet our residents, team members and other loved ones.

Care Sector Networking Breakfast

Join us for a relaxed, informal networking breakfast designed for local businesses, professionals and community partners who work in – or are interested in getting involved with – the care sector.
Our goal is to build collaborative relationships, share knowledge through educational talks, and create an open forum for discussion and support within our local community.

Our Past Times Music Therapy will give all the opportunity to join us in spending time singing along with residents and loved ones.
Singing and musical interaction is great for those living with dementia to have fun and reminisce on some classic tunes together.

Our Past Times Memory Café will come with a variety of activities on offer for all who join us. Guest speakers, entertainers and light refreshments are provided free of charge.
Having an afternoon hot drink and chat is perfect for people living with dementia, or those who know someone living with dementia, to become part of a wonderful support network.
