Please contact Wayne Pryce at Signature for a full formal written agreement on site finders fees.  Generally, an introduction fee will be paid only where an effective introduction leads to a successful acquisition of a site on completion of the whole site.

£5,000 of those fees may be paid on exchange of contracts.  Agreements will be valid for 12 months from the date of first introduction unless also formally agreed in writing.
