Terms and Conditions – £1,000 discount at Signature at Weybridge

1. This offer is available to new permanent residents who have visited and had a show around at Signature at Weybridge between 1 October 2025 and 31 December 2025.
2. To qualify, the resident must move into the home within 30 days of their initial visit.
3. A £1,000 discount will be applied to the resident’s third month of invoices, deducted from the weekly room rate total.
4. The offer is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other benefit.
5. The offer applies only to permanent stays and is not valid for respite or short-term bookings.
6. The offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offer, incentive, or discount.
7. A discount of £1,000 will be applied to the next invoice following the qualifying 90 days period.
8. The offer ends on 31 December 2025. Move-ins must take place no later than 30 January 2026 to qualify.
