Terms and Conditions – £1,000 Discount Offer at Signature at Coombe Hill Manor

• This offer is available to new permanent residents who have visited and had a show around at Signature at Coombe Hill Manor between 1st October 2025 and 28th February 2026.
• To qualify, the resident must move into the home within 30 days of their initial visit.
• A £1,000 discount will be applied to the resident’s third month of invoices, deducted from the weekly room rate total.
• The offer is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other benefit.
• The offer applies only to permanent stays and is not valid for respite or short-term bookings.
• The offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offer, incentive, or discount.
• A discount of £1,000 will be applied to the next invoice following the qualifying 90 days period.
• The offer ends on 28th February 2026. Move-ins must take place no later than 31st March 2026 to qualify.
