I started my career in health and social care as a Senior Carer and gradually progressed through roles including Team Leader, Care Practitioner, and Care Compliance Manager. These experiences have shaped my deep commitment to delivering high-quality, person-centred residential and dementia care. I hold a Master’s in Psychology and have recently completed a Postgraduate Diploma in Occupational and Business Psychology from Kingston University. I am a Graduate member in British Psychological Society (BPS) and currently doing my Level 5 in Leadership and Management to further strengthen my skills in leading care teams effectively.
I have been actively involved with the Care Workers’ Charity, particularly in exploring the application of AI in health and social care. As part of this, I have had the opportunity to speak as a delegate at various national events, including the Home Care Association Summit 2024. I am passionate about creating positive environments where residents feel valued and where teams are empowered to provide outstanding care every day.
