We had a delicious home-made curry for lunch last Wednesday
Noopur (Housekeeping Manager) and Fahima (Carer) were discussing cooking Indian curries, which gave them the idea of a Staff Social Curry Meal.
We got together and decided that lunch was the perfect time to serve. We worked out the menu:
Chicken and egg korma
Green bean dry curry
Raita and Mushroom Pilau Rice
Poppadum’s, nans and mango chutney to round it off.
The Activities Room was the perfect location for serving everyone their lunch. We were happy with the outcome as it was a perfect way of showing our staff how much we appreciate them and it was a lovely way for everyone to interact.
