The offer is valid until 30th September 2023. Offer only applies to individuals who move in to Signature at Reigate Grange on or before 30th September 2023. The accommodation fee includes accommodation, food and drinks (including snacks), themed events and entertainment, housekeeping, laundry and ironing services, utilities, and general maintenance. The accommodation fee does not cover fees for care services, nursing services (as defined in the care agreement) or additional services (as defined in the Resident Agreement). The accommodations fee is fixed until 1st January 2025. Nail treatments include manicures, hand massages, and nail painting delivered on-site. Chiropody services are delivered six-weekly on-site with Signature’s chiropody partner. Fair usage of alcohol, including one glass of house wine with lunch and one glass of house wine with dinner. Physiotherapy consultation to the value of £60. Welcome dinner must be booked in advance, with a maximum of 10 covers. Includes wine for the table and a three-course A-la-Carte dinner. Stocked fridge to include items bespoke to the client’s needs to the maximum value of £200. Welcome gift bespoke to the resident with a maximum value of £100, to be agreed in writing prior to arrival. Hairdressing services are to be delivered in-home by Signature’s partner hairdresser. Hairdressing services are bi-weekly and to a maximum value of £30 per session. Other items are subject to fair usage at the General Manager’s discretion.
