Studio Apartment (circa 23sqm), Studio Deluxe Apartment (circa 25sqm), 1 Bed Apartment (circa 38sqm) & 1 Bed Deluxe Apartment (circa 39sqm)

• For these accommodation types the weekly pricing above is made up of the Weekly Residence Fee and the Weekly Care Package Fee Band A (£215 per week).  The Weekly Care Package Fee Band A equates to one hour of Care or half an hour of Nursing Care per day and is the entry level care package payable on admission to the home.
• Depending on a resident’s individual care assessment, additional fees may be chargeable as follows:
  • Weekly Care Package Fee Band B – Takes the total care package to two hours of Care or one hour of Nursing Care per day (or a mixture thereof) at an additional cost of £215 per week.
  • Weekly Care Package Fee Band C – Takes the total care package to three hours of Care or one and a half hours of Nursing Care per day (or a mixture thereof) at an additional cost of £430 per week.
  • Weekly Care Package Fee Band D – Takes the total care package to four hours of Care or two hours of Nursing Care per day (or a mixture thereof) at an additional cost of £645 per week.
  • Weekly Care Package Fee Band E – Takes the total care package to five hours of Care or two and a half hours of Nursing Care per day (or a mixture thereof) at an additional cost of £860 per week.

Dementia Studio (circa 23sqm)

• For this accommodation type the weekly pricing above is made up of the Weekly Residence Fee and the Weekly Dementia Care Package Fee Band A.  The Weekly Care Package Fee Band A equates to three and a half hours of Care per day and is the entry level care package payable on admission to a Dementia Studio within the home.
• Depending on a resident’s individual care assessment additional care fees may be chargeable as follows:
  • Weekly Care Package Fee Band B – Takes the total care package to four and a half hours of Care per day at an additional cost of £215 per week.
  • Weekly Care Package Fee Band C- Takes the total care package to five and a half hours of Care per day at an additional cost of £430 per week.

• Bespoke Care Packages are available for residents who require a higher degree of Care or Nursing support than outlined above.  Please call the home for further details.

Second Person Supplement (Assisted Living Only)

We welcome couples at our homes as our larger one bedroom apartments are perfect for couples to share. Where a couple chooses to share there is an additional Weekly Fee of £550 payable as a second person supplement. This fee is inclusive of the suite and Care Package Band A. Should the second person require further care then this will be charged for in line with the home’s care band pricing structure.
