Rosebery’s head chef, Stefan, took part in Signature’s latest nutrition development workshop, winning a prize for his spinach and pistachio cupcakes (the theme was “vegetable cakes”!).

Judged by MasterChef 2016 winner Jane Devonshire, the workshop also focussed on dysphagia, a hot topic for care homes, and an area which Signature is committed to.
