As we can’t show you around our fabulous new home due to these strange circumstances, we are happy to say we are now offering personal virtual tours!

 

Which apps can I use for a virtual tour?

 

We can show you around using Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Facetime or any other video calling app. Whichever suits you.

 

How will the virtual tour work?

 

As if we were showing you around in person, we will talk to you a little more about your specific situation so we can tailor the tour to suit you.

 

We will then walk you through the care home as if you were coming in to visit us in person, starting from reception through all the communal spaces and some examples of available suites.

 

What if I want more than one person to join the tour?

 

Absolutely no problem! We recommend using zoom or Microsoft teams if multiple participants would like to join the call.

 

Will you go through the move in process?

 

After we have completed the tour of the building, we will take you through the move in process, specific availability, pricing and next steps.

 

How long does a virtual tour usually take?

 

A virtual tour usually lasts around 45 minutes. If you have limited time or would like a longer appointment please let us know in advance and we will tailor the tour to work within your time frames.
