On a lovely sunny day at the beginning of June, our residents enjoyed a nice cold beer at the Kingfisher Pub in Chertsey. We sat in the lovely gardens overlooking the river, one of the residents decided to start a sing along to the amusement of onlookers. We chatted and laughed amongst ourselves about each other’s life stories. When it got chilly we took a drive to Shepperton Studios where one of the residents used to work in her younger days. She said how much it had changed from what she had remembered, and she told a few stories on the way back about working there.
