It is so important to us here at Reigate Grange that we encourage our residents to stay as active as possible to maintain as much independence and mobility as possible. Throughout the week we offer a variety of exercise and physical activities including; Dancing with Simon Guntrip, Seated and Standing Exercises with Amanda Walker, Seated Yoga with Maike & our very own morning Wake Up & Shake-Up. All of these activities are adapted to each individual’s abilities and through these classes, our residents also learn exercises that they can replicate and practice in their own apartments to encourage and help with their own movements. As you can see we always have good attendance for these classes and we tend to have a giggle at the same time.
