Coombe Hill Manor, a senior living care home that is part of Signature, enjoyed a wonderful afternoon fundraising for Red Nose Day.
We took part in a singalong challenge set by NAPA – The National Association for the Provision for Activity in care – promoting the importance of music in the lives of our residents. The challenge was for all care homes across the country to all sing the same song at the same time! The song was Sing by The Carpenters!
We contacted a wonderfully dynamic singing group, Libby and friends, and the children from The Rowans School, in Wimbledon to sing with us.
All of our carers and staff wore something red and we all sang loudly and had a fun-filled afternoon with Red Nose Day themed cakes and coffee and we were amazed by the generosity of our residents and staff!
