This morning we had our second session of the year, cooking with our Head chef Paul. This time we took our inspiration from one of our residents who is of Italian heritage. We made a traditional lasagna, under the instruction of our Paul.
Paul also made a vegetarian version of the meal so this could be enjoyed by all.
His top tip for the perfect lasagna was added a pinch of nutmeg to the top layer just before the cheese.
