Our Head Chef, Del, has been busy helping #GBBO finalist and author Ruby Tandoh with her recent article, ‘Cooking with Care’, about food in care homes. Del – as do all the Head Chefs in our Signature Care Homes – takes great pride in offering a varied and exciting menu to all our residents, including those who require modified or pureed foods. Our aim is to make a pureed meal look as close to the dish as possible … and Ruby was delighted to highlight this in her article.
