what to expect at our recruitment open days

If you’re looking for a career in care, hospitality or catering, come visit us at one of our recruitment days.

This will be a fantastic opportunity for you to visit our luxury home, meet the team and our residents and discuss the current vacancies available at the home.

You can expect a warm welcome and some tasty refreshments made by our talented catering team. We will be happy to answer any questions you may have and will be holding interviews on the day (if you have time), so you never know; you might even walk away with a job offer!

We offer flexible working with:

  • Roles available in care, hospitality and catering
  • Full-time, part-time and Bank (zero hours) roles
  • 33 days holiday (25 days plus 8 bank holiday days)
  • Exceptional career development opportunities

 

What to bring on the day – If possible, please bring the following documents with you:

  • A copy of your CV (on your phone or on paper)
  • 1 x photographic ID
  • 2 x proof of address (e.g. bank statement/utility bill issued within the last 3 months).

Terms

*Average salary is £21,450 based on 37.5 hours a week, earning £11.00 an hour as Care Assistant. £36,192 based on 48 hours a week, earning £14.50 as a Care Supervisor. Earning potential depends on contracted hours and level of experience.
