General Manager

Liz Simpson

I’m incredibly proud to lead the dedicated and talented team here at Signature at Weybridge. Every member of our team brings genuine care, energy and professionalism to their role — going above and beyond every day to make a real and lasting difference in the lives of our residents.

What makes Signature at Weybridge so special is the shared commitment we all have, putting our residents at the heart of everything we do. Whether it’s through exceptional clinical care, meaningful activities, delicious dining or simply a warm conversation, we’re here to make each day the best it can be.

As General Manager, I’m passionate about creating a supportive and positive environment — not just for our residents, but for our team and the families who entrust us with their loved one’s care. I believe in open communication, high standards, and continuous improvement — always striving to enhance the experience of everyone who walks through our doors.

Signature is known for leading the way in luxury care, and I’m proud to ensure that at Weybridge, we live up to that promise every single day.

Client Liaison Manager

Xenos Foster

I joined Signature in 2020, bringing with me several years of local experience in the care sector. Having lived in the area all my life — and with my family running a well-known high street business since 1965 — I’m proud to have deep roots in this community. It’s not uncommon for families seeking care to recognise me or my family, which brings a personal and meaningful dimension to my role.

My position at Signature is wonderfully varied, allowing me to draw on a range of skills, but at its heart is what matters most to me: helping people. Supporting families through important decisions and ensuring residents feel truly at home is incredibly rewarding.

Signature is known for setting the standard — not only in the quality of care we provide, but also in the beautiful environments we create. I’m proud to be part of what I believe is the best care provider in the country, and I can confidently say that Signature at Weybridge is something truly special. The atmosphere here speaks for itself the moment you walk through our doors.

Client Liaison Manager

Sally Castro Gouveia

I’m delighted to be part of the Signature at Weybridge family. With a background in Sales and Business Development, I’ve spent many years helping people make informed decisions — and now, I’m proud to use that experience to guide families as they explore care options for their loved ones.

Having previously worked within the care sector, supporting individuals in their own homes, I understand just how important trust, empathy and communication are. I’ve always found working in care incredibly rewarding, and I’m passionate about making a positive difference in people’s lives.

As Client Liaison Manager, my role is to support families from their very first enquiry, ensuring they feel welcome, informed and confident every step of the way. It’s a privilege to represent such a dedicated team and a home where exceptional care is at the heart of everything we do.

Dementia Care Manager

Aneta Binkiewicz

With over 17 years of experience in the care sector, I’ve been proud to grow my career with Signature since joining the Weybridge team in 2008. From Care Assistant to Dementia Care Manager, I’ve always been driven by a commitment to delivering truly person-centred care.

Today, I lead a dedicated team who consistently go above and beyond to support our residents living with dementia. For me, it’s about creating peace of mind for families and ensuring every resident feels safe, supported and valued.

Resident Care Manager

Arunima Joby

Since moving to the UK in 2007, I’ve developed a fulfilling career in residential care, starting as a Care Assistant while completing my NVQ Level 4 in Health and Social Care. My passion for people inspired me to complete a Master’s in Business Administration and HR Management, leading to a leadership role as a Care Home Administrator.

In 2019, I became a Residential Care Manager — a role that allows me to combine operational leadership with a commitment to person-centred care. I believe that with the right support and environment, every individual can enjoy life to the fullest.

Working with Signature Senior Lifestyle has been especially rewarding. It’s a place where I feel a strong sense of purpose, and where we truly make a difference to the lives of residents and their families.

Activities Coordinator

Jane Cox

Before joining the care sector, I spent many years working in the corporate world with Johnson & Johnson Medical, holding roles including Customer Service Manager for the European Repairs Division and European Supply Chain Specialist. In 2018, I made the leap into care as an Activities Coordinator — a significant career change, but one I’ve never looked back on.

I’m truly passionate about what I do. My focus each day is simple: to bring joy, connection and purpose to our residents. Whether it’s through music, crafts, gentle exercise, minibus outings or simply a friendly chat over coffee, I believe it’s the little moments that make the biggest difference.

Activities play a vital role in life at Signature, and I’m fortunate to work with a fantastic team who share that belief. We’re always open to new ideas — if it’s possible, I’ll do everything I can to make it happen.

One of the most memorable moments in my role was arranging for a resident living with cancer to see her favourite artist, Cliff Richard, at the Royal Albert Hall. Seeing her smile that night reminded me exactly why I do what I do — it’s about making every day count.

Business Administrator Manager

Ana Amaya-Yarce

With a background in psychology and two postgraduate degrees in Human Resources, I bring a deep understanding of people and a passion for organisation to my role. After nearly a decade in HR, I embraced a unique adventure — working on cruise ships and travelling the world for five years.

In 2013, I settled in England and began my journey in the care sector, joining an Activities Team where I found a real sense of purpose. Since 2020, I’ve supported the administrative team, and in 2022, I became Business Administration Assistant. I was proud to be promoted to Business Administration Manager in 2023.

I take great pride in my work and am always happy to help — whether it’s assisting a resident, supporting a colleague or ensuring everything runs smoothly behind the scenes. For me, it’s all about delivering service with care, warmth and professionalism.

Hospitality Manager

Noopur Chauhan

As Hospitality Manager at Signature at Weybridge, I’m proud to help create a warm and welcoming environment for our residents, families, and visitors. With over 20 years’ experience in hospitality and customer service, I’m passionate about delivering high standards in dining, housekeeping, wellbeing, and daily comfort.

I work closely with our care and kitchen teams to ensure every resident’s needs, preferences, and dignity are respected. For me, great hospitality means listening, anticipating needs, and making each day that little bit brighter. It’s a privilege to support our residents and their families, and I’m always happy to go the extra mile.
