“Since my mother has been living at Signature, nothing has been too much trouble for the staff. They have been so welcoming and supportive and check in with us regularly when we visit. My mum has settled in really well because of this, and it has ensured the transition has been as smooth as possible. They helped arrange for her favourite chair to be moved into the home with her and regularly provides us with email updates after doctors check-ups etc. We couldn’t be happier with Signature and would definitely recommend.” – Daughter of a resident
“When I was looking for a home for my mother, Signature of Virginia Water stood out amongst the others that I’d visited, and that was because of the feeling of care for each resident that came through. After taking my mum in at the end of last year, she has just blossomed – gaining more confidence and just enjoying life – a testament to the initial impression of the whole place! The staff have been amazing, so not only is my mum happy, but my family has peace of mind.” – Daughter of a resident.
